Ritu Airan Mauskar is a South Florida native and was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2005. She received her B.S. degree in communication and psychology with honors in 1999 from the University of Miami, her M.A. degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California in 2000 and her J.D. degree in 2005 from the University of Miami School of Law. While attending the University of Miami School of Law, she received the Roger Sorino Award, which is presented to the most outstanding graduating law student who has dedicated time and service to the activities and betterment of the University of Miami School of Law, and was a member of the Society of Bar and Gavel. She is also a proud member of the Iron Arrow Honor Society.
Ms. Mauskar is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, as well as the Young Lawyers Division of the Florida Bar. She is also a member of the Probate and Guardianship Committee of the Dade County Bar Association.
She commenced her law career with the law firm of Nelson & Levine, P.A. in 2005 and, prior to joining Stokes McMillan Antúnez Martinez-Lejarza P.A., worked at Rarick & Associates, P.A. in Miami Lakes from 2006 to 2011.
